Hard Core Workout

Was your New Year’s resolution to be healthier? I know mine was! Resolutions are not always easy to keep up with, but with dedication, reminders and making them fun, resolutions can be something that work well for you. I feel as though working out while also paying attention to something else is a great way to work out without focusing on how difficult the exercises can be. For example: you can listen to music, watch television, watch movies or even do workouts with a friend to stay motivated. Here is an ab workout I made myself to do while watching Netflix:

20 jumping jacks

30-second elbow plank

10 leg raises

15 leg pull-ins

20 sitting twists (each side)

15 reverse crunches

30 mountain climbers

20-second superman

10 roll-ups

10 leg raised circles (each direction)

20 sit-ups

10 leg raised circles (each direction)

10 roll-ups

20-second superman

30 mountain climbers

15 reverse crunches

20 sitting twists (each side)

15 leg pull-ins

10 leg raises

30-second elbow plank

20 jumping jacks
